HOW THE CLUB WORKS

Swap stickers.
Print some together.

01 / TRADE

Bring something to trade.

Bring stickers, patches, pins, keychains, charms, trinkets, collectible figures and blind bags from any fandom to exchange. Have a look at what everyone else brought and see what you’d like to swap.

02 / CREATE

Submit a sticker.

Submit your original sticker design in two formats: a PDF for printing and a matching PNG for the website. We review submissions, then arrange accepted designs on a shared sticker sheet and print them together. We don’t have a scanner, so please prepare a digital file before submitting.

03 / COLLECT

Take home new stickers &
Make new friends

There’s a new club sheet each month, with designs from the people who come along.

A Sticker Club pack beside a hand-drawn flower design and pencil, ready to join the next sheet

You can support Stickers Club with a limited edition sticker pack, or simply submit your own original design and RSVP for free. Buying a pack is optional. Collect your stickers at the meetup, or arrange to have them mailed to you.

Order through Luma

RSVP for free through Luma, then prepare your original artwork below using the same name and email as your registration. You do not need to buy a pack to submit.

Prepare your artwork

Prepare two files per design

A CMYK print PDF with a vector cut line, plus a matching transparent RGB PNG for the website. Up to 5 designs and 25 MB total.

Both formats are required for every design. File checks cannot confirm that the two versions look identical or prove authorship; artwork still needs review before printing.

1 / Confirm your email

Submissions close at 12:00 am Toronto time on the Monday one week before club day. Club meets on the first Monday of every month.

Submit your PDF and matching PNG before the artwork deadline. Up to 20 successful submissions are collected each week, with a maximum of 25 MB per submission. Confirm your email below to get started.

File requirements

PDFs use physical page dimensions, not a 300 px canvas requirement. The 300 × 300 px minimum applies to PNG previews. We check PDF file framing and PNG dimensions; CMYK, spot colours, cut lines and print readiness still need review.

Export references: Adobe PDF settings and printer-specific cut-line guidance. Confirm the club printer’s settings before your final export.

How to export from Illustrator

  1. Set up print artwork. Use File → Document Color Mode → CMYK Color. Set the artboard to your intended sticker size and embed placed artwork. Use 300 PPI raster images at that size. Keep your editable Illustrator original.
  2. Add the cut line. Create a separate top layer named Cut line. Draw one closed vector path around the sticker, with no fill and a spot-colour stroke. Use the printer’s required spot name and stroke settings; keep this path separate from the printed artwork.
  3. Allow for trimming. Extend backgrounds past the cut line for bleed, and keep text and key details inside it. Use the printer’s bleed and safe-area measurements. Avoid crop marks unless requested.
  4. Save the PDF. Choose File → Save a Copy → Adobe PDF and select the design’s artboard. Use the printer’s PDF preset and CMYK output profile, preserving the cut-line spot colour. Outline text or embed fonts. Save a single-page, unencrypted PDF; do not rasterize the cut line. PDF/X-4 is an option only if supported by the printer.
  5. Check separations. In Acrobat Output Preview, confirm the artwork uses the intended CMYK output and the cut line remains its own spot-colour separation. Check size, bleed and the closed contour before submitting.
  6. Export the PNG. Hide only the cut-line layer and export the same artwork with transparency in RGB. Minimum 300 × 300 pixels, maximum 6,000 pixels per side and 16 megapixels. Use matching names: flower.pdf and flower.png.

Remembering your appearance

We store your light or dark appearance choice in your browser’s local storage. The owner dashboard stores its own appearance choice separately. These settings stay until you change them or clear this site’s browser data.

Protecting submissions

We use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam on email-code requests and artwork submissions. Google uses a cookie called _GRECAPTCHA for risk analysis when reCAPTCHA runs. See Google’s reCAPTCHA cookie information and Google’s privacy policy.

Events and website tags

Our embedded Luma calendar loads content from Luma. That service may use its own cookies or browser storage. Analytics waits for your choice. If you accept analytics, we load Google Tag Manager and its configured website tags. These tags stay blocked until you accept. Declining keeps them blocked. See Google’s cookie information.

Your controls

You can view, block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. Blocking third-party services may prevent the event calendar or reCAPTCHA from working. Clearing local storage resets your appearance preference. Use Accept analytics or Decline analytics below. We remember your choice for 180 days in local storage. You can change it using the cookie icon. reCAPTCHA remains required for submissions with either choice. Your choice applies to this website’s analytics; Luma and Google manage their own services. Declining after acceptance reloads this page to stop previously loaded tags.
